Average size is 3" long by 1.5" wide and are all sustainably harvested. Only a few cuttings are taken off of each plant.
White Sage is used for healing and cleansing ceremonial or living spaces. It can also be used to help cleanse the energy of crystals that cannot be exposed to water. The bitter leaves are anti-microbial in nature. It can change the mood and energy in a room, it is also used for meditation, cleansing and purification.
Light the sage, let it burn for about 20 seconds and then gently blow out the flame so that you see orange embers on one end. Then you can start the process of clearing your space.
